Evening and Weekend Care Assistant

This position is to provide support to clients between 5pm and 10.30pm.
Car driver preferred but not essential.

Tasks:
Personal care- showering, supporting toileting, dressing etc
Food preparation
Companionship support
Provide emotional support to our client
Be a reliable presence and familiar face
Building a bond of trust and friendship
Join in with day to day life to support independence
