Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Home help assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are able to work flexible hours, including some weekends on a rotational basis, to ensure our clients receive outstanding care seven days a week.
Duties can include:
- Companionship, ensuring clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction
- Supporting with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping trips
- Personal care, including assistance with bathing, showering, dressing and grooming, helping clients remain healthy, comfortable and independent
