Honk is a technology-driven roadside assistance platform that connects enterprise and retail customers with a nationwide network of service providers. We don’t own trucks. We built the marketplace, the dispatch engine, and the data infrastructure that makes the whole thing work. We’re PE-backed, scaling fast, and aggressively investing in automation / AI and excellent talent. 

The Role

    You'll report directly to the CFO. You won't get a detailed spec or a queue of tickets. You'll figure out what the business needs, find the data, fix what's broken and get past blockers on your own. The work starts in Sales Operations and grows into full Revenue Operations.

    Your first 6 months: analyst and engineer

  • Learn how Honk makes money: enterprise contracts, job volume, and the provider network behind them.

  • Answer ad-hoc questions from the CFO and sales leadership quickly and clearly

  • Build trusted reporting on pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle, and rep productivity using Looker and Snowflake

  • Own the data flow from HubSpot and other GTM systems into Snowflake and BigQuery

  • Assess how our transformations are built and maintained today, and set up a proper modeling layer (dbt or similar) if needed

    • After that: scientist and strategist

  • Build revenue and pipeline forecasts, lead and account scoring, and churn and expansion models

  • Support territory, quota and pricing decisions with analysis

  • Extend reporting from Sales into Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, and help create one version of revenue truth that ties CRM, billing and the general ledger together

What we're looking for

  • 4 - 8 years in data roles, with hands-on experience in both analytics and data engineering

  • Strong SQL and Python

  • Experience with Snowflake (or another cloud warehouse) and Looker (or another BI tool)

  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM data, or with Salesforce data if you're willing to learn HubSpot

  • A track record of working independently: you've been the first data hire or the only one on a team, or you've built something from scratch without much direction

  • Comfort presenting to finance and company leaders

Nice to have

  • dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran or reverse ETL experience

  • Experience with forecasting and statistical modeling

  • SalesOps, RevOps or FP&A analytics experience at a marketplace, on-demand, logistics, or insurance company

  • Comfort using AI tools in your data work (we use Claude and maintain our own plugin marketplace of skills)
