About the Role:
As a Care Pro Training Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring every Care Professional (Care Pro) who joins our platform is prepared to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You will lead virtual onboarding experiences, assess candidate readiness through discussion and scenario-based evaluations, and serve as a key decision-maker in the hiring process. In addition to onboarding new Care Pros, you will support ongoing development through targeted training, reassessments, and upskilling initiatives that help maintain our high standards of care. Your work directly impacts client safety, Care Pro success, and the overall quality of care delivered across our network.
This role requires working a full-time schedule aligned to business needs, including facilitating multiple virtual orientation sessions each week, completing associated administrative follow-up tasks, and maintaining flexibility to support candidate demand. Weekend availability is required, as orientation sessions may be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be comfortable presenting in a virtual environment, evaluating candidate readiness in real time, and managing a high volume of candidates simultaneously.

The Care Pro Training team is responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and developing the caregivers who power Honor's care delivery network. Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
