We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Systems Engineer to work on our System Operations team supporting and scaling HubSpot’s employee servicing servers and 3rd party application infrastructure. We’re a small team of technology driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient systems. We’re always striving to learn more, expand our skills and grow our teammates.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
