About the Role
HubSpot is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Latin America PreSales team supporting Brazil, based in Colombia. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of sales strategy, technical consulting, and business transformation.
As a Senior SE, you are the trusted technical and business advisor for prospects and customers across Brazil and LatAm. You own complex pre-sales engagements end-to-end—partnering closely with Account Executives to secure the technical win, while elevating deal quality and the customer experience at every stage.
You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ambiguity is the norm and curiosity is your greatest asset. Our team is built on trust, psychological safety, and a shared belief that diverse perspectives make us sharper—for our customers and for each other.
