Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to engage potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and goals.
- Book meetings or demos for Account Executives and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to manage and track outreach activity.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and qualified leads.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies through data-driven insights and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Fluent English (Verbal & Written)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
- Comfortable handling objections and managing a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience in SaaS, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
