iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are seeking a driven and analytically rigorous finance manager to join our team as Manager, FP&A – Corporate, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A and working remotely in the US.
This role is the operational engine of Corporate FP&A. You will own the systems and processes that keep the function running with precision — managing our Adaptive Planning environment, anchoring internal and external financial reporting, and maintaining the company’s headcount plan and forecast. You will partner directly with the CFO and FP&A leadership on high-visibility financial projects, and you will develop one Senior Financial Analyst whose growth is your responsibility. The right candidate is organized without being rigid, technical without losing sight of the story, and confident enough to own their outputs while collaborative enough to serve stakeholders across the business.
COMMITMENTS
- Build upon and maintain forecasting and reporting methodologies for all corporate-level functions, targeting and sustaining 95% forecast accuracy.
- Own the company’s headcount plan and forecast end-to-end — maintaining accuracy, coordinating with HR and department leaders, and surfacing headcount-driven variance in every reporting cycle.
- Serve as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for Adaptive Planning, driving systems improvements that increase model reliability, reporting speed, and cross-functional usability.
- Enable the executive team with modeling and scenario builds for strategic financial decisions, delivering work that is clear, timely, and decision-ready.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting — Internal & External
- Own the design, production, and continuous improvement of internal financial reporting packages for FP&A leadership, the CFO, and department heads, using Adaptive Planning and BI tools.
- Support external reporting requirements, including preparation of financial data, schedules, and supporting analysis for board materials, lender reporting, and other external stakeholders.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and balance sheet metrics, translating findings into actionable management insight.
- Deliver variance analysis and financial commentary that is accurate, concise, and calibrated to the audience.
Headcount Planning & Forecasting
- Manage the company-wide headcount plan and rolling forecast, coordinating inputs from HR and department leaders and ensuring alignment between headcount and OpEx models.
- Build and maintain driver-based headcount models inside Adaptive Planning that reflect hiring plans, attrition assumptions, and compensation cost structures.
- Identify and surface headcount-driven variances each period, partnering with business partners to understand root cause and update forward projections.
Systems Management
- Serve as a primary Adaptive Planning administrator — maintaining model integrity, managing dimension structures, supporting user access, and leading enhancements that improve forecasting speed and reliability.
- Build out automation and driver-based forecasting techniques for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements within Adaptive Planning.
- Define and implement systems improvements to support iFIT’s growth, partnering with IT, Accounting, and FP&A leadership to evaluate and execute on tool enhancements.
- Support ad hoc data requests and analytical builds across BI, Tableau, and SQL as needed.
Corporate FP&A & Strategic Support
- Develop and maintain the long-term financial planning process, supporting execution of ongoing strategic initiatives including the creation of presentations, materials, and decision-ready documents for FP&A and Finance leadership.
- Own pro forma scenario analysis for high-visibility projects and business requests, ensuring models are defensible and clearly communicated to senior audiences.
- Partner with the CFO and FP&A leadership to drive financial efficiency and deliver regular reporting on schedule and at a high standard.
- Analyze complex financial information to provide accurate, timely recommendations that enable management decision-making.
People Management
- Lead, develop, and set the daily standard for one Senior Financial Analyst — providing clear direction, ongoing feedback, and structured development that builds their technical and business skills.
- Delegate with intention: assign work that stretches the analyst’s capabilities, review outputs rigorously, and create an environment where high standards are the norm.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience in complex business environments, with at least 1–2 years in a role with lead or management responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience owning headcount planning and forecasting processes, including coordination with HR and business partners.
- Hands-on Adaptive Planning experience, including model building and administration — not just report running.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Tableau; comfort pulling and validating data independently.
- Experience supporting both internal management reporting and external stakeholder reporting (board, lenders, or similar).
- Solid working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow modeling.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience across corporate functions including IT, Legal, Accounting, and HR.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Private Equity or prior M&A experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- SQL proficiency sufficient to independently pull and validate datasets.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Experience building and managing a full 3-statement model.
- Understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate strategic objectives into financial plans.
