This role will be based at Menara Skymind.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support Consumer and Client Operation. 

This is a 12-months maternity coverage contract position. 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising and delivering strategic campaign activity for Omdia, the Intelligence and Advisory brand of Informa TechTarget. The primary focus of the role will be supporting revenue growth goals by creating compelling content campaigns, engaging audience, as well as driving leads and event attendees.

Collaborating with the wider marketing team, sales, events, product, and research, the Marketing Manager will create and deliver the Consumer marketing plan, which covers Omdia’s Connected Home, Games and Games Tech, Media and Entertainment, PC and Tablets, TV / ProAV, Smartphone, and Wearable Tech services. Instrumental to your success will be identifying personas and growing the local audience database, as well steering the design and delivery of Consumer based event campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute year-round marketing campaigns, aligned to the overall business goals and objectives, as well as market-segment specific goals and objectives.
• Work on the ideation, execution, and management of integrated marketing, communications, and demand generation/lead generation campaigns through web, digital advertising, paid media and media partnerships, email, social media, and other tactics.
• Own the development and delivery of free and paid event campaigns.
• Build insight-based campaigns which rely on strong content themes to showcase the expertise and knowledge in the division. 
• Produce strong content designed to support insight-based campaigns, e.g., e-books, webinars, blogs.
• Work on making the Omdia website the central point of all content-led, insights-driven lead generation campaigns, owning the development of localized copy, calls to action, and customer journey for marketing campaigns, based on target customer segments, campaign goals, and desired results.
• Ensure consistent use of established branding, core value proposition messaging, imagery, and positioning across internal and external marketing materials, graphics, communications, and more.
• Maintain internal relationships (SEM, SEO, design, vertical teams, web dev teams etc.) and external relationships with relevant vendors and partners.
• Interpret and analyze marketing/advertising campaign results and data; test, monitor, analyze and optimize according to KPIs; develop recommended strategies, timelines, and tactics to further optimize marketing spend and campaign ROI. 
• Analyze and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects/market segments – planning, monitoring, and reconciliation.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or relevant experience
• Experience in progressively more complex B2B campaigns, creating and managing digital content/insights campaigns independently
• Thorough understanding & experience of marketing function, planning, operations, and execution using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua), training and optimization
• Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required), training and optimization
• Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEM, SEO, online advertising) and content marketing
• Proven track record of delivering holistic insight-based marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints and event marketing campaigns, as well as managing logistical arrangements
• Budget management experience 
• Database development and growth including segmentation / personalization
• An entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Adapts to changing situations and requirements, manages multiple deadlines and activities simultaneously
• Out of the box thinking, willing to challenge norms and come up with fresh ideas and approaches on reaching audiences and engaging our customers
• Able to build strong business relationships. Well-developed presentation skills
• Problem solver, balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. Identifies roadblocks, determines fixes, and works in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goal
