As a Recruitment Booster, your journey will look like this:
- Mentorship-Driven Learning: You’ll be paired one-on-one with a Recruiter who will guide your growth, helping you master the art and science of recruitment. Together, you’ll dive into every aspect, from sourcing to pipeline expansion, as you build the foundation for a career in recruitment.
- Championing Insider’s Culture: You’ll be a brand ambassador for Insider, engaging with potential team members across five continents and 25+ regions. As the first touchpoint for many candidates, you’ll embody the welcoming spirit and high standards that define us.
- Expanding Talent Pipelines: Using strategic sourcing techniques (like Boolean searches), you’ll find and connect with top talent across various functions. Think of it as a treasure hunt for the best and brightest, digging for those hidden gems who will drive Insider’s growth and success.
- Creating Impactful Connections: In every email you craft, every outreach you make, you’ll form meaningful connections that inspire candidates to be part of something greater. You’ll make a lasting impression on each person you contact.
- Streamlining the Recruitment Process: You’ll play a hands-on role in CV screening, managing candidate processes, and maintaining our candidate database, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant. Your role will help optimize key metrics like time to hire and quality of new hires.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll learn the specifics of different roles, gaining the insights you need to build the strongest, most effective candidate pipeline possible.
- Maintaining Efficient Candidate Databases: You’ll help organize and maintain candidate records through our applicant tracking system, sharpening your skills in tools that support a recruiter’s work and streamline hiring.
