As People Operations Associate you will be responsible for:
- Delivery of a seamless and welcoming experience for new joiners, setting the tone for their journey at Interpath. Managing employee records and HR systems with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Partnering with People Business Partners to identify and implement process improvements that make a real difference.
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.
- Contributing to strategic projects in performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
- Supporting and coaching junior team members, helping them develop and succeed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally at a Senior Associate level.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment legislation.
- Excellent project management skills — organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills — clear, confident, and people-focused.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable and will be considered an asset.
