Primary Function of Position:
The Finance and Sales Operations Manager partners closely with the Commercial organization to deliver data-driven insights and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic planning, driving performance tracking, and ensuring disciplined execution of business priorities.
The position requires strong collaboration with Commercial executives and cross-functional partners across controllership, customer finance, and APAC regional teams.
This role leads core commercial and financial planning processes, including regional goal setting and performance management, territory and quota design, and sales incentive programs. In addition, the manager oversees key finance activities such as monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and pricing strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to Commercial leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions
• Develop executive-level materials and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Communicate business issues through cross-functional collaboration, using data to validate assumptions and challenge anecdotal perspectives
• Develop and track regional goals and performance metrics, ensuring visibility to progress and gaps
• Conduct financial modeling and ROI analysis to support investment decisions and growth initiatives
• Lead and deliver core Sales Operations processes, including:
o Territory design
o Quota setting and performance tracking
o Customer targeting and segmentation
o Commercial incentive programs (e.g., comp plan, SPIFF, sales awards)
o Performance management and quarterly operations reporting
o Pricing analysis and commercial recommendations
o Capital business model design and validation aligned with company policy
• Lead FP&A processes, including:
o Monthly close and performance tracking
o Quarterly forecasting
o Annual budgeting
o Long-range strategic planning (including reimbursement and market assessments)
• Support resource allocation decisions by balancing short-term performance and long-term
growth priorities
• Team management: Develop, coach, and train the team to provide world class business insights and business partnership. Cultivate a highly engaged and self-motivated team
• Team resource management: allocate resources effectively; determine trade-offs through lens of fundamental building blocks. Engage team to stay focused and make progress on the Vital Few
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience; including 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience on strategic planning / P&L management and Sales Operations
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinker, and ability to master our business model
• Dedicated in developing, coaching, and training a team
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity. Proactively look into areas that
generates insights
• Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and seek solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin & English. Demonstrate
ability to present, articulate analysis skillfully and diplomatically with executive leadership
• Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to consistently discern strategic
insights from data analysis
• Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Advanced Excel skills are required. Business analytics skills (e.g. Tableau, SQL) a strong plus

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
