How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You’ll be the first hire under the Enterprise Application Management department within the IT organization. You won't just be documenting requirements; you will be evaluating business processes through a data-driven lens andworking with expert IT developers and administrators to drive to ensure our application portfolio operations are lean and scalable. The ideal candidate understands that while AI and automation are powerful, they require expert management and human-centric design to deliver true value. The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $141,000 - $221,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
