As a Professional Learning Lead, you’ll lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists. You’ll oversee professional development and district implementations across California, ensuring districts receive exceptional, consistent support that drives IXL usage and student growth. In addition to managing a small team, you’ll own a small number of district accounts yourself, working directly with districts to support their implementation and deliver professional development. #LI-EM1
We are looking for an experienced team lead who has led and developed teams focused on implementation support and professional development for K-12 educators. You must be highly organized, well-spoken, strategic, and eager to lead and develop a collaborative, high-energy team.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in California. #LI-CALIFORNIA
The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $130,000 + potential bonus eligibility + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
