As a Professional Learning Lead, you’ll lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists. You’ll oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas, ensuring districts receive exceptional, consistent support that drives IXL usage and student growth. In addition to managing a small team, you’ll own a small number of district accounts yourself, working directly with districts to support their implementation and deliver professional development. #LI-REMOTE
We are looking for an experienced team lead who has led and developed teams focused on implementation support and professional development for K-12 educators. You must be highly organized, well-spoken, strategic, and eager to lead and develop a collaborative, high-energy team. #LI-TEXAS
