Your main responsibilities will include:
Operationally managing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on Search and Performance Max (PMAX), including creation, daily adjustments, and pausing/reactivating, while focusing on profit growth and meeting budget targets.
Maintaining up-to-date keyword lists, negatives, extensions, and ad/asset groups, ensuring the daily quality and relevance of the accounts.
Identifying incorrect implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
Assisting with campaign validation and audits within the same team.
Producing reports for the client.
Working with the internal Client Management team to support the smooth execution of work and participate in client meetings.
Managing paid digital media campaigns across various social networks—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest—focusing on profit growth and meeting budget targets.
Qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
At least 1 year of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads (Search and/or Performance Max).
Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets (e.g., in Excel) and process large amounts of data.
Ability to adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
A mindset that views challenges as opportunities and actively seeks feedback to improve your skills.
