The ABM & Field Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives designed to accelerate growth within key enterprise accounts.
This role focuses on creating personalized account-based marketing programs that strengthen customer engagement and drive measurable pipeline impact.
The position partners closely with sales, product marketing, content, events, and leadership teams to align campaigns with business priorities.

You will own end-to-end campaign strategies, from account targeting and messaging to events, content, and performance optimization.

Accountabilities:
The ABM & Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that engage priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and support business growth. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, ownership of campaign execution, and the ability to use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Build and execute 1:few and 1:1 account-based marketing programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
- Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, align on account priorities, and develop engagement strategies that support pipeline growth.
- Own campaign planning, messaging, content development, timelines, execution plans, and performance measurement.
- Create account-specific and segment-specific marketing initiatives aligned with customer challenges and business solutions.
- Design and deliver high-touch field marketing experiences, including executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, regional events, and customer engagement programs.
- Analyze campaign performance, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for account research, personalization, messaging creation, and campaign development.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and evolving ABM best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, content, partner marketing, and leadership teams.
- Drive continuous improvements across marketing channels, messaging, and account engagement strategies.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in enterprise marketing, account-based strategies, and demand generation. They should be comfortable managing complex campaigns, collaborating with sales organizations, and using data and technology to drive measurable outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in ABM, field marketing, demand generation, enterprise marketing, or a related marketing function.
- Proven experience developing and executing ABM programs for enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience planning and managing executive-level field marketing programs such as customer events, roundtables, dinners, and roadshows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees, buyer personas, complex sales cycles, and account-based selling strategies.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude for research, personalization, campaign creation, and content development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver campaigns on schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing performance.
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in ABM, field marketing, demand generation, pipeline development, campaign strategy, and strategic account engagement.
