This role is an opportunity to shape and execute account-based marketing strategies for high-value enterprise prospects in a fast-growing technology environment.
You will partner closely with sales teams to create personalized campaigns that generate engagement, accelerate pipeline, and open doors with strategic accounts.

You will have ownership of targeted account programs, from messaging and campaign design to events, outreach, and performance analysis.

Accountabilities:
The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own strategic account marketing initiatives, working closely with sales partners to develop personalized campaigns that create meaningful business opportunities. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven optimization.
- Own account-based marketing programs for a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise prospects, partnering closely with sales teams to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute multi-channel account plays across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, events, and customized outreach strategies.
- Create compelling messaging that translates complex technology concepts into impactful narratives for senior security and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams on account selection, contact mapping, campaign planning, and opportunity acceleration strategies.
- Plan and execute targeted field marketing activities, including executive events, dinners, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Design creative direct mail and personalized engagement tactics to reach hard-to-access decision-makers.
- Monitor account-level engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline influence to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously test new ideas, tactics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will bring strong B2B marketing experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment. They should be comfortable collaborating with sales teams and creating impactful campaigns for complex audiences.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience building and managing outbound and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing and outreach tools such as email automation platforms, LinkedIn outreach solutions, CRM systems, or similar technologies.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams and align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with unconventional approaches.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, content creation, or campaign execution.
- Preferred experience marketing to enterprise or Fortune-level accounts.
- Preferred experience with cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, SaaS, or another technical market category.
- Preferred experience with events, field marketing, direct mail campaigns, or CRM/marketing automation platforms.
