This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Execution Lead based in India.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving recruitment delivery, team performance, and revenue outcomes across a demanding portfolio of roles.
You will lead a team of 4–5 recruiters responsible for high-volume and high-priority hiring requirements across India.
The role combines hands-on execution with structured team leadership, giving you ownership of both strategic roles and overall delivery performance.
You will operate across direct-client and MSP/VMS environments, balancing speed, quality, SLA compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Success requires strong control of recruitment pipelines, conversion metrics, candidate quality, and operational risks.
You will also act as an escalation point for complex mandates and help remove bottlenecks throughout the interview-to-offer-to-closure process.
This is an execution-focused opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 recruiters, monitoring individual and collective performance against defined monthly targets and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
- Monitor daily activity, recruitment pipelines, submissions, and outcomes, reallocating roles according to business priorities, urgency, and team performance.
- Drive rapid and high-quality candidate delivery, including achieving a first qualified CV submission within 24 hours where required and maintaining reliable execution across 25+ active roles.
- Take ownership of the interview-to-offer-to-closure pipeline, actively intervening in stalled processes and improving conversion across both personally managed and team-managed roles.
- Manage recruitment requirements from direct clients and MSP/VMS platforms while maintaining SLA compliance, responsiveness, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Review and validate new requirements, identifying issues related to job clarity, rate feasibility, candidate availability, and sourcing constraints, then adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Personally manage high-priority, complex, and urgent mandates, serving as an escalation point and delivering candidates with strong potential for conversion.
- Build and maintain a continuous, validated, and available talent pipeline to prevent delivery interruptions and support sustained recruitment performance.
- Track team KPIs, conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews, maintain accurate CRM and recruitment-tool data, and provide clear visibility into delivery risks and gaps.
- Balance team leadership with hands-on recruitment execution, with performance assessed across both team and individual contribution.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or related roles, with demonstrated experience managing teams in high-volume environments.
- Strong practical experience working with MSP/VMS ecosystems and client-facing recruitment operations.
- Proven ability to enforce performance standards, manage recruiters against KPIs, and maintain delivery quality under pressure.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, including conversion rates, SLAs, submission quality, pipeline health, interview-to-offer ratios, and revenue impact.
- Highly execution-oriented approach with strong ownership, accountability, and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, prioritize competing requirements, identify bottlenecks, and rapidly adapt sourcing and delivery strategies.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and maintain responsiveness in demanding environments.
- Structured, organized, resilient, and results-driven personality with the ability to operate effectively under high workload and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, combining team development and performance management with a willingness to personally take ownership of difficult assignments.
Benefits:
- Total on-target earnings of ₹20L–₹33L.
- Base compensation of ₹10L–₹18L.
- Variable compensation of ₹10L–₹15L, linked to performance.
- Remote position based in India, with the role centered in Bengaluru.
- Leadership responsibility over a recruitment delivery team.
- Opportunity to directly influence recruitment performance, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment operations and MSP/VMS environments.
- Significant scope for ownership, decision-making, and operational impact.
