Accountabilities:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the mid-market segment by managing sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and supporting market expansion strategies.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer account management activities and commercial opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and prospective mid-market clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value creation.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through structured opportunity tracking and follow-up.
- Apply consultative sales methodologies to understand customer needs and communicate business value effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of go-to-market strategies for the Brazilian market.
- Support market positioning and expansion initiatives within the financial technology sector.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS environments, with strong commercial skills and the ability to manage complex sales processes.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales is highly preferred.
- Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated profile with a strong desire for continuous learning, growth, and professional development.
- Comfortable working with distributed and remote teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
