This is an opportunity to drive strategic enterprise growth across North America within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.
You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline creation through negotiation and close.
The role focuses on complex enterprise opportunities, including deals valued at $200K+ ARR, with multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.
You will build executive-level relationships, develop champions, and create territory strategies that support sustainable revenue growth.
Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners, you will help deliver strong customer outcomes.
AI-powered tools and modern sales methodologies will be central to improving prospecting, account planning, productivity, and execution.

Accountabilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation, closing, and handoff to customer success.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy designed to generate sustainable long-term growth across North America.
- Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, partner engagement, events, referrals, and creative account-based strategies.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives, establish strong internal champions, and effectively navigate complex enterprise buying committees.
- Lead strategic opportunities valued at $200K+ ARR, managing sophisticated sales processes, multiple stakeholders, and long sales cycles.
- Use AI-powered tools, LLMs, copilots, and automation to improve prospecting, account research, planning, productivity, and overall sales execution.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and external partners to maximize customer value and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, strong CRM hygiene, and disciplined sales processes while applying MEDDIC principles to identify risks and establish action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partners on pipeline generation, strategic campaigns, joint opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
- Share customer feedback and market intelligence with Product and Engineering teams to help inform future solutions and positioning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, best practices, and team performance.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of commercial outcomes while maintaining a customer-first approach throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in complex B2B enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated sales cycles.
- Proven track record of closing new business opportunities worth $200K+ ARR.
- Strong experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, partnerships, referrals, events, and other proactive strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives, develop champions, and navigate complex enterprise buying committees.
- Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or comparable enterprise sales methodologies; strong MEDDIC expertise is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the modern cybersecurity landscape; previous cybersecurity sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Genuine interest in AI and its applications within cybersecurity, with the ability to use AI tools to improve research, account planning, customer engagement, and productivity.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, highly collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering long-term value beyond the initial sale.
- Highly coachable, curious, and willing to challenge existing approaches constructively while sharing knowledge and best practices with teammates.
- French or Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
