Accountabilities:

As an Account Executive supporting the Professional Services PR practice, you will assist in managing client accounts, developing communications initiatives, and executing campaigns that drive visibility and engagement. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver organized, strategic, and impactful public relations programs.

• Support the daily management of professional services PR accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic PR plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, strengthen media presence, and enhance client outcomes.
• Support the creation and execution of PR campaigns, including media outreach, influencer initiatives, and event activations.
• Draft and refine communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, alerts, and client-facing content.
• Conduct media outreach efforts to secure coverage opportunities and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with senior team members and colleagues on campaign planning, brainstorming, and execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal processes to ensure high-quality and timely work.
• Monitor industry trends, media landscapes, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting efforts by compiling results and insights for clients.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across multiple accounts, deadlines, and communications initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated communications professional with experience in public relations, media relations, and client support. You should be organized, creative, and eager to contribute to strategic storytelling while continuing to grow your expertise in a collaborative agency environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience or strong interest in professional services PR, media relations, and influencer marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support media outreach initiatives and help secure earned media coverage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, clients, and external partners.
• Creative mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for storytelling and brand communications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
