This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business within the Multifamily and Build-to-Rent markets. Your main focus will be to foster partnerships with Service Providers to ensure collaborative success. By actively prospecting and building relationships, you will create a strong network that facilitates growth and positions partners as co-owners in the sales process. You will be expected to travel to key metros to build pipelines and support customer engagement, all while managing your sales activities effectively through Salesforce.
Accountabilities
- Own the majority of the sales cycle: Prospecting, Discovery, Solution Overview, and Partner Introduction.
- Execute sales activities such as prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and conference participation.
- Drive new business growth within a defined territory or vertical.
- Collaborate with SDRs for warm leads and expand into target ownership/operator accounts.
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers for technical discovery, demos, and RFP responses.
- Build long-term trust with Service Providers/Dealers as key partners.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or PropTech.
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role in technical sales.
- Industry knowledge in Multifamily, Build-to-Rent, or Student Housing.
- Experience selling SaaS, IoT, or connected solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn partner trust quickly.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Comfort navigating complex enterprise sales processes.
