Accountabilities:
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Salesforce implementation and managed services solutions. This role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate customer challenges into effective technology strategies.
- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and opportunity qualification through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with Salesforce stakeholders, solution engineers, architects, and internal teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technical stakeholders, and C-suite executives.
- Identify customer needs and translate business objectives into technical requirements, project scopes, and implementation approaches.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing relationships and expand within assigned territories.
- Prospect into new accounts while leveraging established customer relationships and ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, project management, technical, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, opportunity progression, and KPI reporting using CRM tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle by identifying additional opportunities and supporting long-term business success.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced technology sales professional with a strong background in Salesforce solutions, professional services, or SaaS environments. You should be comfortable managing complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and operating in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
- 8–10 years of direct sales experience in software, cloud solutions, SaaS, or professional services, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.
- Experience selling Salesforce-related solutions, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce offerings.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, capabilities, and the broader CRM ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales processes and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
- Existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem or relevant industry vertical experience.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong business acumen, strategic account planning abilities, and technical aptitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 25%).
