We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join a dynamic team focused on winning and growing early-stage startup clients across Europe. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, develop outbound opportunities, and drive full-cycle sales for startups ranging from 1–100 employees. You will deliver product demonstrations, build relationships with key stakeholders, and influence decision-making by clearly communicating the value of the platform. Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of inbound leads and proactively generate outbound pipeline to close a high volume of deals with startups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative guidance to startup decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from prospecting to implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date and actionable data.
- Consistently track performance metrics, optimize outreach strategies, and refine sales approaches.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline from outbound efforts and close deals efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and guiding clients through solution adoption.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and technology to maximize productivity.
- Bonus: Fluency in German, Spanish, or French; experience selling to Talent Acquisition or HR stakeholders.
