This role is designed for a strategic and client-focused professional who will manage and grow key accounts in the retail media sector. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for top retailers, marketplaces, and delivery platforms, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the products and services offered. The position combines relationship management, strategic advisory, and revenue growth responsibilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will onboard and train new clients, identify upselling opportunities, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account activities

- Identify upselling opportunities and develop proposals to drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize clients’ retail media campaigns
- Proactively address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams (data science, product, sales) to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management within retail media, advertising, or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Technical fluency to understand product capabilities and translate them into client-friendly language

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, technical background a plus
