This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing cybersecurity organization and support an Account Executive in managing and expanding a portfolio of customer relationships.
The role combines account management, inside sales, customer engagement, renewals, and business development.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal cybersecurity resources.
Your work will help strengthen retention, uncover whitespace opportunities, and drive upsell and new business growth.
You’ll develop expertise across cybersecurity products, services, vendors, and professional services offerings.
The position is primarily remote within the U.S., with some flexibility and travel depending on business needs.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as the dedicated Account Manager supporting an Account Executive, helping maintain and grow business across an assigned customer portfolio.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, coordinate resources, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams while acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Develop knowledge of cybersecurity products, industry trends, vendor capabilities, and professional services to bring additional value to customers.
- Increase customer engagement through proactive outreach, frequent calls, and high-touch account management.
- Manage open opportunities within existing accounts, identify whitespace opportunities, and uncover potential upsell, renewal, and net-new business.
- Support customer meetings on behalf of the Account Executive when needed and help close renewal, upsell, and new sales cycles.
- Proactively manage upcoming renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
- Coordinate targeted marketing communications and follow-up activities across the assigned account base.
- Promote and sell professional services engagements to relevant customers.
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and internal strategic reporting.
- Use Salesforce and related tools to generate quotes, track opportunities, monitor renewals, and maintain accurate account information.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and broader sales organization to achieve revenue and customer retention objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven success in inside sales, account management, or a comparable customer-facing sales environment.
- Required experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a B2B technology or solutions environment.
- Experience managing customer relationships, renewals, sales opportunities, or account expansion activities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to following through on customer and internal commitments.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize competing demands, and remain productive in an ambiguous or fast-changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email, phone, and written documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Account Executives, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with strong initiative, drive, and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office required.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate AI-enabled tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by customer and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
