Accountabilities:
- Proactively contact dormant and inactive healthcare accounts to reintroduce services, uncover opportunities, and reactivate business relationships.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with existing and dormant healthcare facility clients.
- Conduct consistent phone and email outreach to increase utilization of existing contracts and generate active staffing requisitions.
- Identify client workforce needs, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively develop solutions that support successful staffing outcomes.
- Manage a high volume of client activity in a fast-paced environment while maintaining urgency, organization, responsiveness, and strong follow-through.
- Generate new client opportunities through strategic account planning, referrals, relationship development, and persistent outreach.
- Serve as a trusted partner to healthcare facilities by understanding their operational needs and delivering responsive, client-centered service.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with healthcare facilities to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor account activity and performance against goals, using metrics and results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take ownership of professional development and continuously identify ways to strengthen sales performance, client engagement, and business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent direct industry experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven, goal-oriented environment, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Strong client-service mindset and genuine commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
- Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and develop meaningful, long-term professional relationships.

Benefits:

- Base compensation of approximately $70,000 annually ($33.65/hour), plus commission.
