Accountabilities

• Accelerate demand generation, sales pipeline growth, and marketing initiatives that help account teams win new business and expand market share across target markets.
• Support sales managers in executing unified communications and collaboration cloud go-to-market strategies and developing effective sales coaching programs.
• Support the full customer buying and selling lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity development through win/loss analysis and ongoing customer experience activities.
• Build strong relationships with strategic collaboration technology partners and manufacturers, including Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, and selected UCaaS and CCaaS providers.
• Develop co-selling initiatives with technology partners to generate new opportunities and strengthen pipeline growth.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across voice, contact center, collaboration, and related technologies.
• Network with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to create new relationships and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information, business reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management within internal systems.
• Support the development of sales training, messaging, content, processes, tools, and resources that improve sales effectiveness.
• Support customer experience programs across collaboration, voice, and phone solutions, promoting adoption, expansion, and renewal throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Help coordinate licensing design, quoting, and purchasing processes for global collaboration deployments.
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal stakeholders, sales teams, practice leaders, and technology partners to maintain alignment on customer needs and strategic priorities.
• Support practice leaders in managing opportunities and driving demand for collaboration platforms among existing and prospective customers.
• Provide leadership to help ensure strong business outcomes, customer experiences, and ongoing user adoption.
• Adapt working hours and travel commitments as required by customer needs, account requirements, and business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in unified communications and collaboration, audiovisual technology, enterprise technology management, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting sales, account management, business development, or sales enablement activities preferred.
• Experience working with international accounts or global technology deployments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration technology providers, particularly Microsoft, Cisco, and Zoom, as well as selected UCaaS and CCaaS platforms such as RingCentral, Vonage, 8x8, Five9, Genesys, NICE, Avaya, and Mitel.
• Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, and/or Google certifications are preferred, particularly sales-focused certifications.
• Strong understanding of UCC, cloud collaboration, IT, audiovisual, meeting-room, voice, and contact center technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate credibly and confidently with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across sales, technical, marketing, operations, and partner teams.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, accounts, and projects in a self-directed environment.
• Ability to understand regional differences and requirements when supporting international technology deployments.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to continuously learn evolving collaboration and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Base salary range of $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
