This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ad Operations Associate based in India.
This role focuses on supporting end-to-end digital advertising campaign execution across multiple programmatic platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are correctly set up, monitored, and optimized for performance and delivery.
The position requires close attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve campaign issues and ensure smooth launch and ongoing management.
The role operates in EST working hours, with an initial work-from-office requirement and hybrid flexibility thereafter depending on shift alignment.
It offers exposure to fast-paced digital advertising environments and hands-on experience with real-time campaign operations and data-driven decision-making.
Accountabilities:
- Monitor, manage, and ensure smooth delivery of digital advertising campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms.
- Validate campaign setup including targeting parameters, budgets, creatives, tracking links, and delivery configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pacing, targeting, delivery discrepancies, creatives, and tracking performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify anomalies, and support optimization efforts through insights and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign launches, updates, QA checks, and issue resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, QA checklists, and ensure adherence to platform policies and internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts such as DSPs, SSPs, pixels, trackers, and trafficking is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn and troubleshoot complex issues.
