The role combines personalized investment guidance with a modern, remote-first client service experience.
You will build trusted relationships while supporting clients with portfolio reviews, account needs, contributions, and withdrawals.
Working primarily with inbound client interactions, you will identify individual needs and provide appropriate investment advice.

Accountabilities:
- Provide professional investment advice to clients, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships by placing client needs at the center of every interaction.
- Support clients primarily through an inbound contact center environment, handling investment-related questions and service requests.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and assist with onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals, and other digital investing needs.
- Understand each client's financial circumstances, investment objectives, and needs to deliver relevant guidance and solutions.
- Complete sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and established standards.
- Educate clients on wealth management strategies, investment options, and the relative strengths and limitations of different approaches.
- Maintain strong service quality through active listening, effective communication, sound judgment, and efficient time management.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while continuously developing knowledge of digital investing and wealth management.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma.
- Completion of the core proficiency requirements for investment representative licensing, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
- Familiarity with common wealth management and investment strategies, including an understanding of their relative strengths and weaknesses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals and making investment concepts accessible and understandable.
- Strong client-service orientation, sound judgment, and the ability to build credibility and trust through every interaction.
- French and English language proficiency is preferred, particularly for supporting a diverse Canadian client base.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fully remote, home-based environment.
- Fully remote position: Work from home every day, with no regular commute to an office.
- Salary range: CAD $38,500β$71,000, with compensation varying based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
