The role combines end-to-end litigation management with strategic legal analysis and high-quality procedural work.
You will be responsible for cases from the initial stages through appeals and enforcement, handling matters of varying complexity.

Accountabilities
- Manage civil litigation cases throughout their entire lifecycle, from the initial proceedings through appeals and enforcement.
- Draft procedural documents and legal submissions involving cases of low, medium, and high complexity.
- Monitor and manage legal deadlines, hearings, and procedural activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Work with Brazilian court systems, including PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, E-proc, and other relevant platforms.
- Keep internal legal case-management systems accurately updated with procedural developments and relevant information.
- Analyze cases and prepare technical legal opinions to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to efficient management of legal portfolios through the appropriate use of technology, data, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and an active OAB registration.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law.
- Previous experience managing civil litigation from filing through appeals and enforcement.
- Hands-on experience using Brazilian judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, and E-proc.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines, hearings, procedural activities, and case information.
- Experience using internal legal case-management systems and maintaining accurate procedural records.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills, with the ability to assess cases and develop well-structured legal opinions.
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
