Accountabilities:

The Advogado Pleno will be responsible for managing legal activities related to banking law, providing technical support and strategic guidance in litigation and advisory matters. The role involves:

• Acting in active and passive litigation cases involving banking law, representing the interests of financial institutions.
• Preparing legal opinions, technical analyses, and responses to client consultations.
• Drafting petitions, procedural documents, reports, and other legal materials.
• Monitoring judicial proceedings and ensuring accurate follow-up of deadlines and legal strategies.
• Conducting hearings, meetings, and procedural follow-ups with courts and relevant authorities.
• Supporting client relationships by delivering high-quality legal solutions aligned with business needs.
• Working with digital platforms and cloud-based tools to manage legal activities efficiently.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and service delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a dedicated legal professional with solid experience in banking law, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer in banking law.
