Accountabilities

The Advogado(a) Trabalhista will be responsible for supporting labor law operations, managing legal activities, and ensuring efficient handling of cases and documentation.

• Monitor legal deadlines and follow up on labor litigation processes.
• Prepare legal documents and pleadings of lower complexity.
• Participate in hearings when required.
• Manage and update legal information through internal systems and platforms.
• Support case organization, documentation review, and process monitoring.
• Analyze information and identify inconsistencies or missing data in legal records.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in legal deliverables and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and support strategic legal decisions.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a labor law professional with experience in litigation, process management, and legal operations, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience working in labor law.
• Previous experience managing deadlines and monitoring legal proceedings.
• Experience with labor litigation from the defendant/employer perspective.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough document reviews.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple information sources.
