This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling performance marketing ecosystem, focused on managing and growing high-impact affiliate partnerships across global digital channels. You will work within a data-driven environment where mobile, web, and email traffic are monetized through high-performing campaigns spanning multiple advertisers and networks. The position blends relationship management, performance optimization, and commercial strategy, requiring a strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems and KPI-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in improving campaign profitability by analyzing performance data, optimizing traffic allocation, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Working closely with advertisers, networks, and internal teams, you will ensure seamless execution of campaigns from setup to scaling. Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate networks, performance partners, and direct advertisers to drive revenue and long-term collaboration.
- Support the end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns, including onboarding, tracking setup, pixel/postback configuration, and launch coordination.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key KPIs such as EPC, CPA, CVR, CTR, approval rates, and overall revenue contribution.
- Identify scaling opportunities by analyzing traffic performance across email, mobile, and web channels and reallocating traffic for maximum profitability.
- Evaluate new offers and campaigns from networks and partners to identify monetization potential and strategic fit.
- Ensure compliance with advertiser requirements, tracking accuracy, and fraud prevention standards across all campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, ad operations, and product to ensure smooth campaign execution and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a similar data-driven digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs including EPC, CPA, CVR, ROI, and traffic quality metrics.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, Tune, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills for working with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and operational discipline.
- Familiarity with CPA, CPL, CPI, or revenue-share models is highly desirable.
