Accountabilities:
The AI Adoption Program Solution Specialist will drive growth and customer adoption by acting as a subject matter expert on AI enablement solutions. This role combines consultative customer engagement, sales partnership, and strategic guidance to help organizations implement effective AI adoption programs.
- Serve as an internal and external expert on AI adoption frameworks, workforce transformation, and AI enablement strategies.
- Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, presentations, and proposal discussions to demonstrate AI adoption expertise.
- Advise customers on AI readiness, workforce training strategies, adoption best practices, and change management approaches.
- Build trusted relationships with clients throughout their AI adoption journey and position solutions that address business needs.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify, develop, progress, and close AI adoption opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations with customers and executive stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Support opportunity strategy, deal progression, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and opportunity management practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales Leadership teams to improve awareness and adoption of AI programs.
- Track performance against key success metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales activity, customer engagement, and revenue goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technology professional with experience in AI solutions, business development, and consultative sales environments. You should be comfortable engaging with executives, translating technical concepts into business value, and helping organizations adopt emerging technologies.
- Experience in business development, solution consulting, sales enablement, account management, or a related customer-facing technology role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, AI adoption strategies, workforce enablement, and digital transformation concepts.
- Experience advising customers on technology solutions and guiding organizations through adoption initiatives.
- Ability to participate in executive-level conversations, discovery sessions, and strategic presentations.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and support revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI tools, and current AI market trends is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM systems, maintaining forecasts, and managing sales opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset with experience working toward revenue targets, KPIs, or business growth objectives.
