This role is essential in driving the development of artificial intelligence solutions that support our mission. As an AI Developer, you will be directly involved in designing and implementing AI models, integrating them into production systems, and analyzing data within a secure IT environment. Your contributions will help in optimizing AI capabilities to ensure high performance and scalability, positively impacting our operational effectiveness and innovation in the field.
Accountabilities
- Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications for mission-driven problems.
- Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets in collaboration with data teams.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Integrate AI models into enterprise and cloud-based production systems.
- Document code, models, and development processes.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing operations of AI solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to maintain a NACI or higher investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing AI or machine learning solutions.
- Proficiency in at least one AI/ML programming framework.
- Experience with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
