Accountabilities:
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced AI-powered solutions while contributing to the architecture, reliability, and scalability of intelligent platforms. The role requires strong collaboration across engineering teams and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as Strands, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Build and optimize agentic AI workflows, including prompt engineering, evaluation processes, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) governance models.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Develop integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP), API gateways, and cloud-based services.
- Work with AWS AI and serverless technologies, including Bedrock AgentCore components, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Contribute to the development of secure, multi-tenant AI platforms with strong identity management and operational controls.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and performance optimization strategies for AI applications.
- Support the selection, testing, and improvement of foundation models, prompts, and AI system behaviors.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver reliable AI solutions aligned with user needs.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, architecture, and quality assurance within AI development environments.
