Accountabilities
- Lead enterprise discovery sessions to clarify true business drivers and constraints.
- Challenge client assumptions and reframe feature requests into business problems.
- Architect solutions across Azure, Data, AI, and Security sectors.
- Produce high-quality statements of work and change-control documents.
- Design phased delivery approaches that mitigate risks early.
- Communicate effectively with executive audiences on value and risk.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams for smooth project transitions.
- Translate AI and automation requests into measurable outcomes.
- Identify risks and gaps early to protect delivery teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud, data, or application architecture.
- 3–5 years in pre-sales or solution architecture roles.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise discovery or design workshops.
- Expertise in the Microsoft stack including Azure and AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of consulting economics and margin structures.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Microsoft-focused consulting environments preferred.
