This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Product Manager, Content Platform Operations and Publishing based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, content operations, and global consumer experiences.
You will lead strategic initiatives that transform internal content tools and publishing workflows through advanced AI capabilities.
The position offers the opportunity to take innovative ML concepts from early incubation through production, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Your products will help automate and optimize content promotion, localization, asset management, distribution, and language experiences.

Accountabilities
- Define strategic product roadmaps and take concepts from discovery and validation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Lead the incubation, design, and productionization of new AI and machine learning capabilities in partnership with applied researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Integrate state-of-the-art AI and ML models into content platform and publishing tools to enable more personalized, contextual, and efficient experiences.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize the creation of high-quality promotional assets across a rapidly growing global content catalog.
- Discover the needs of artists, creators, content executives, and internal partners, translating those needs into clear product strategies and measurable solutions.
- Develop AI-driven solutions for content distribution, asset management, localization, language experiences, and other complex content operations challenges.
- Establish product success metrics, business cases, and evaluation frameworks using data, experimentation, and rigorous hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Monitor AI and ML performance and continuously improve evaluation methodologies, models, workflows, and product experiences.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and technical concepts clearly to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, research, data science, creative, and business teams to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and translate relevant advancements into scalable, user-focused products and operational capabilities.
- Represent the needs of internal users and creative partners while balancing technical feasibility, business value, quality, and long-term product strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated record of launching impactful products or platforms, particularly in dynamic B2B2C environments.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of machine learning techniques, AI technologies, and ML evaluation best practices.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end products incorporating machine learning or AI, including launching AI-enabled products and improving or customizing underlying models.
- Practical understanding of the ML lifecycle, including data collection, labeling, model development, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes to establish priorities and evaluate product impact.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience translating emerging AI or ML research and technologies into practical, scalable products.
- Strong ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders around a common vision while building productive relationships across functions and geographies.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Experience building products for creative teams, internal users, or B2B enterprise customers is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with media supply chains, content management or ingestion systems, catalog and taxonomy tools, or related content technology is a plus.
- Strong product judgment, strategic thinking, curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving technology environments.
