This role focuses on designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that improve business operations, automation, and customer engagement.
You will combine AI engineering expertise with systems integration skills to build intelligent workflows and scalable business applications.
The position requires hands-on experience with Large Language Models, automation platforms, APIs, and CRM ecosystems.

Accountabilities:
The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable automation strategies.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions using LLMs and modern AI technologies.
- Build and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, healthcare systems, business applications, and third-party tools through APIs, middleware, and automation platforms.
- Develop and optimize AI prompts, workflows, and agent-based solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Configure and enhance CRM automation capabilities, including workflow creation, reporting, data management, and operational processes.
- Partner with marketing, sales, finance, customer service, and product teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data models to measure performance, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and system integrations.
- Maintain data quality, security, governance standards, and technical documentation across integrated platforms.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, automation technologies, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to internal teams adopting AI and automation capabilities.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will bring a combination of AI engineering expertise, software development experience, and strong business systems knowledge. They should be comfortable working across technical and business teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, automation, marketing technology, or AI-focused roles.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, including workflow automation, data management, reporting, and system configuration.
- Proven experience integrating business applications using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI application development, and AI agent workflows.
- Programming experience in Python with familiarity in AI, NLP, or machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, agent frameworks, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Relevant CRM certifications or AI-related certifications are a plus.
