This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Assessoria Organizacional Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a senior opportunity for a professional who can connect organizational strategy, business processes, and people-centered transformation.
You will work closely with leadership and business teams to understand organizational challenges and translate them into practical improvement initiatives.
The role involves mapping processes, diagnosing opportunities, and designing organizational models aligned with strategic objectives.
You will also help plan and implement change management initiatives, supporting the successful adoption of new processes, structures, and technologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement will be essential, including communication, training, presentations, and alignment across different areas.
The position offers a dynamic environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and organizational development.
This is a remote opportunity suited to someone with strong analytical, communication, and change-management capabilities.
Accountabilities
- Partner with leadership and teams to strategically and operationally align organizational structures and business processes with strategic objectives.
- Map business processes, identifying critical points, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop organizational diagnostics that accurately reflect the current state and provide a foundation for transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and business teams to design technical proposals for organizational models aligned with business needs.
- Recommend adjustments to organizational structures, communication flows, responsibilities, and collaboration between areas.
- Plan action plans jointly with leadership and business teams, monitor results, and make adjustments when necessary.
- Plan and implement change-management strategies that support the effective adoption of new organizational models, processes, and technologies.
- Drive stakeholder communication, engagement, and training initiatives to reduce resistance and strengthen adoption of organizational changes.
- Communicate progress, challenges, results, and relevant insights clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
- Proven experience within a cooperative financial institution, particularly in branch operations, operational areas, or business functions.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Availability for frequent travel and flexibility regarding working hours.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of process and project management methodologies is desirable.
- CPA-20 certification or higher is desirable.
- Experience implementing the Premium model within cooperative financial environments is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret organizational data, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear communication and structured analysis.
