Accountabilities:

The Analista de BI Sênior will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving data solutions that support business objectives. This professional will act as a technical reference, helping teams evolve their analytics capabilities through automation, modeling, and scalable architectures.

• Act as a technical reference for data analytics, automation, and BI projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including data modeling, automation workflows, and pipelines.
• Design, structure, and document end-to-end data solutions.
• Develop process automations and optimize existing workflows.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on business understanding and data insights.
• Communicate technical findings and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, engineering, and architecture areas.
• Support the evolution of data practices, standards, and solution scalability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in data analytics, programming, and automation, with the ability to design reliable solutions and collaborate with different stakeholders. This professional should combine technical expertise with business understanding and a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling and building data pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience developing process automation and system integrations.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, especially Git.
• Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Exact Sciences fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related areas.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Machine Learning and predictive models.
• Knowledge of tools such as DBT and Airflow.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake.
