Accountabilities:
As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying operational improvements, supporting strategic decisions, and helping optimize growth initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

- Experience conducting strategic analyses related to customer acquisition, retention, sales operations, and/or customer success.
- Experience working with SaaS business metrics such as MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Payback, and other recurring revenue indicators.
- Previous experience analyzing operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex challenges into structured analyses.
- Comfort working with numbers, proportions, variations, and business metrics, with knowledge of applied statistics and data interpretation.
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and identify root causes behind business results.
- Ability to transform data findings into clear recommendations and strategic actions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
