Accountabilities
- Prepare credit analyses and technical opinions for credit operations, supporting sound and consistent decision-making.
- Provide technical support in managing standards, policies, and procedures throughout the credit lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and instructional resources related to credit processes.
- Manage and support incoming demands across the credit lifecycle, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor developments and trends in the credit market to maintain up-to-date knowledge and support continuous improvement.
- Participate in initiatives to improve centralized credit workflows, helping increase operational efficiency and process quality.
- Higher education completed or in progress in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) credit analysis.
- Basic knowledge of credit-related legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to evaluate financial and credit information.
- Good organization and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Interest in the financial sector and willingness to continuously develop knowledge of credit products, regulations, and market practices.
