Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain corporate software solutions that meet customer and business requirements while ensuring quality, security, reliability, and adherence to established deadlines.
- Translate functional and technical specifications into robust, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
- Maintain clean, organized, readable source code by applying software development best practices and established engineering standards.
- Lead and promote unit and integration testing, debugging activities, and defect resolution to ensure the quality and stability of applications.
- Participate in and lead technical meetings, discussions, and decision-making sessions with development teams.
- Collaborate with technical leaders in the design and architecture of software solutions.
- Share technical knowledge and practical experience with other developers, acting as a reference for junior and mid-level professionals.
- Support the professional and technical development of less-experienced developers through guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously research technologies, tools, and development trends to expand technical capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Encourage innovation within the team and contribute ideas and initiatives that improve development practices, solutions, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with C# and JavaScript.
- Advanced experience with SQL Server, including development and database-related activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Git and version-control best practices.
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps and software development lifecycle tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Visual Studio.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, testing, debugging, source-code organization, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience working on corporate software development projects and delivering solutions within defined scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and explain concepts clearly.
- Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to serve as a technical role model for junior and mid-level developers.
