This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Performance Pleno (Produto SaaS) based in Brazil.
We are seeking a Performance Analyst to drive SaaS growth through data-driven marketing strategies, paid media optimization, and continuous improvement of acquisition channels. This role combines analytical expertise, marketing technology, and business understanding to generate measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You will manage performance campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the customer acquisition journey. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, automation tools, and cross-functional teams to transform insights into action. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and technology teams in a results-oriented environment. Accountabilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and manage acquisition strategies focused on generating qualified leads, improving pipeline performance, and increasing revenue.
- Structure and maintain offline conversion tracking integrations between CRM systems and advertising platforms.
- Build automation workflows using APIs, webhooks, and tools such as n8n, Make, or similar solutions.
- Apply artificial intelligence tools to improve campaign performance, analysis processes, and marketing operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including CAC, ROAS, LTV, Churn, and Payback.
- Partner with Marketing, Growth, SDR, and Sales teams to identify opportunities and improve business outcomes.
- Create performance reports and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, data quality, and acquisition processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of offline conversion tracking, including GCLID, Enhanced Conversions, and API-based integrations.
- Experience creating marketing automations using APIs, webhooks, and platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
Nice-to-have experience:
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and Growth Marketing methodologies.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence solutions to marketing processes.
