This role supports revenue operations by improving the quality, organization, and usability of commercial data.
You will work closely with marketing, SDR, BDR, and sales teams to optimize CRM processes and support go-to-market initiatives.

Accountabilities:
As a Junior RevOps Analyst, you will support daily revenue operations activities by maintaining reliable commercial data, improving workflows, and enabling sales teams with actionable information. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM accuracy, optimize processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of go-to-market operations.
- Support company and contact data enrichment within CRM platforms.
- Validate commercial information, identifying and preventing duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Assist with account classification based on segments, ideal customer profiles (ICP), fit criteria, and prioritization levels.
- Review information generated through automation tools and AI solutions to ensure data quality.
- Operate basic workflows using tools such as CRM platforms, no-code/low-code automation tools, spreadsheets, and data sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of commercial lists and account-based marketing (ABM) databases.
- Document operational processes, workflows, and best practices while suggesting improvements.
- Provide sales teams with data and insights to support more personalized prospecting approaches.
- Assist with simple automation and data enrichment routines to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen commercial processes and data visibility.
