This part-time remote role supports a high-quality online learning environment for students pursuing studies in health services administration and related disciplines.
You will work alongside lead instructional faculty to strengthen student engagement, communication, learning, and academic progress.
The role combines student support, supplemental instruction, assessment feedback, tutoring, and proactive outreach.
You will analyze student activity and engagement, identify challenges, and recommend effective approaches to improve outcomes.
The position is well suited to an experienced healthcare professional or educator who enjoys working with diverse learning styles and using technology to facilitate learning.

The role is designed for a professional home-office environment and requires authorization to work in the United States.
Accountabilities:
- Analyze student participation in online discussions and assessments and respond appropriately based on established training and guidance from the lead instructor.
- Support student communications and help address questions, concerns, and learning needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate unique, complex, or sensitive student issues to the lead instructor when appropriate.
- Assist with grading and provide constructive, timely feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
- Monitor student engagement and recommend strategies to increase participation, motivation, and learning outcomes.
- Provide tutoring, live learning sessions, supplemental instruction, and other forms of student support as directed.
- Conduct proactive student outreach in partnership with the lead instructor.
- Help develop supplemental learning resources, including support documents, videos, job aids, and other instructional materials.
- Collaborate effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners while maintaining a student-focused approach.
- Perform additional duties and support activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Services Management, Health Science, Public Health, or a related health services administration discipline.
- Alternatively, an MBA with a concentration in Health Services Administration and at least 18 graduate semester credit hours in HSA may qualify.
- A doctorate in healthcare administration, health services administration, business administration with a healthcare administration concentration, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is required, with online teaching experience preferred.
- Professional experience in the relevant field of study is preferred and may be required depending on course credentialing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners.
- Strong relationship-building, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated time-management, organizational, attention-to-detail, initiative, and follow-through skills.
- Experience working effectively with diverse learning styles and student populations.
- Comfort using technology and digital tools to facilitate online learning and student engagement.
- Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and remain composed in stressful situations.
- Strong mental acuity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote learning environment.
- Ability to access and manage information using computers and related technology.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free home-office environment with reliable high-speed internet and appropriate workspace, equipment, and communication tools.
