Accountabilities:
- Perform general administrative activities, including organizing files, maintaining documents, and entering information accurately into relevant systems.
- Support team members and managers with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.
- Maintain organized and accessible document and filing systems.
- Assist with document control and ensure administrative records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support basic financial and administrative processes, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and related data entry.
- Help coordinate routine internal communications and administrative follow-ups.
- Provide reliable administrative support to the project team and contribute to smooth internal workflows.
- Handle assigned tasks with organization, attention to detail, and respect for established processes and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience organizing documents and maintaining filing or document management systems.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately manage information and perform routine data-entry activities.
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable supporting multiple administrative tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a professional approach when interacting with colleagues and managers.
- Comfortable working in a structured team environment and following established procedures.
